£1.2M Bridging Loan Secured to Complete Dream Home Purchase in Oxfordshire

A couple in their 40s secure needed to complete the purchase of their dream home in Oxfordshire within an extremely tight timeframe. With less than four weeks to complete and multiple properties involved, speed and coordination were critical.

The agreed loan was £1.2M at 58% LTV, with interest rolled up at 0.64% per month.
