Sophie Rowe

Business Finance Executive

Sophie is a Business Finance Executive in our Commercial Finance team, working with a wide variety of clients to deliver tailored funding solutions.

Before joining Clifton Private Finance, she spent nearly a decade as an underwriter with Lloyds Bank, gaining extensive experience in assessing complex cases and understanding client needs.

With a Level 2 qualification in Customer Services, Sophie enjoys the variety her role offers, with every call and interaction bringing something new to learn. She values the opportunity to build strong, supportive relationships with customers, regardless of whether the outcome is good or bad news. She also appreciates working in a collaborative team environment, where ideas are shared openly, wins are celebrated, and colleagues support one another’s success.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys going to the gym and is a dog lover. In fact, she ran her own dog grooming business for two years. These days, Sophie’s attention is focused entirely on her pug, though she still finds time to groom the dogs of family and friends.
