Max Mallinson

Senior Finance Broker CeMAP

Max is a Senior Finance Broker based in our London office, specialising in bridging and development finance.

He began his career with Clifton Private Finance in 2022 as a Finance Executive, before moving on to broaden his advisory expertise across commercial investment mortgages, buy-to-let lending, and short-term finance. Max returned to Clifton in August 2025, bringing with him an expanded skill set and valuable industry experience.

He enjoys the wide variety of clients he works with, noting that no two cases are ever the same. His ambition is to continually develop and run our high-performing London team - a goal he finds both exciting and highly rewarding given the growth potential in the region.

Max holds both CeMAP and CeRER qualifications.

Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly cricket, rugby, and golf, and maintains a strong interest in health and fitness. In his downtime, he enjoys reading classic novels and listening to podcasts.
