Fergus Allen
Head of Bridging CeMAP
Fergus is our Head of Bridging at Clifton, having steadily risen through the ranks since initially joining as one of the first members of our bridging finance team.
He leads our bridging team from our dedicated office in Cardiff, and his industry commentary and thought leadership have been featured in multiple property finance publications.
In terms of future plans, Fergus has his eye on furthering his expertise with a RICS qualification in valuations, specifically the Certificate in Residential Valuation Methodology. He is also keenly interested in property investment, specifically properties with a short lease.
Away from the office, his love for good food is also noteworthy; he underwent chef’s training during his university years, before quickly realising that the culinary arts were better enjoyed as a hobby rather than a career.
