Biography
Dylan is part of our Bridging Finance team, working closely with clients to secure fast and flexible funding for property purchases and development projects. His varied background includes experience across several sectors and service in the British Army, where he developed the discipline, focus, and efficiency that now underpin his work.
What he enjoys most about the role is helping clients navigate complex finance options and delivering solutions tailored to their unique needs. Often working to tight deadlines, Dylan takes pride in simplifying the process and keeping everything on track, enabling clients to turn their property ambitions into reality.
Since joining Clifton Private Finance, he has developed a strong understanding of how to move deals forward quickly and smoothly, always tailoring the solution to the client rather than the other way around. Dylan holds his CeMAP qualification and is continuing to expand his industry knowledge, with the aim of broadening the range of specialist finance he can offer.
Outside of work, he keeps active through rugby and tennis, enjoying both for the competitive challenge and the social connections they bring.
